Changes in the Children's Section

Over the last few weeks we've been making some pretty exciting changes to the Buccaneer Bay childrens' section. The South Seas Silly Slides were professionally landscaped. We added some new palm trees, shrubs, flowers and decorative rocks. It looks fantastic, and the palms will add some pretty neat scenery when the kids are sliding down the slides!

In the past some of guests have expressed interest in having a fence installed around the childrens' area providing greater peace of mind for parents hanging out at the park with their little ones. With that in mind, we've added fencing around the entire Buccaneer Bay area! We're really pleased with how it turned out, and we're happy to bring our guests something that they've requested!

    Great job with the fencing. Even though I do not have young ones anymore, it is a piece of mind knowing that the children will be safe from wandering off into the "big" pool!!

    Shouldn't the fence go down lower? Little children are still able to slide right below the netting!

    These pictures were taken while we were putting the fence up. The netting goes all the way to the bottom rope.
