Painting!

One part of the prep work that goes into getting Ocean Breeze Waterpark ready to open each May is painting. Lots of painting! A lot of the pools and slides get a fresh coat every year. One of the amazing things about Pirates' Plummet and Walk the Plank (our newest slides) is that they do not need to be painted yearly.

The weather in Virginia Beach has been perfect for painting, so our maintenance staff got to work on the Activity Pool Here are a few shots of the work!

Painting the pool at the bottom of Paradise Pipeline.

Here's another shot of the painting in the activity pool, this time at the bottom of the Coconut Drops and the Bamboo Shoots.
